I am a programme and transformation leader with over 15 years of experience delivering complex technology initiatives across enterprise environments, multi-vendor ecosystems, and organisations navigating rapid change.

Throughout my career, I have led large-scale software implementation and transformation programmes, working closely with senior leadership teams to ensure technology initiatives remain aligned, well-governed, and focused on measurable outcomes.

My experience spans complex delivery environments where technology initiatives involve multiple stakeholders, platforms, and strategic business change.

More recently, my work has expanded to responsible AI adoption, supporting organisations in integrating emerging technologies with appropriate oversight and delivery discipline.
